Materials due: January 15th
Proposed Shipping Date: Mid April (based on schedule of the volunteers involved)

Fall Newsletter (Articles can be submitted at any time)
Materials due: June 15th
Proposed Shipping Date: Mid September (based on schedule of the volunteers involved)

Winter Newsletter (Articles can be submitted at any time)
Materials due: September 15th
Proposed Shipping Date: Mid December (based on schedule of the volunteers involved)

Mail delivery varies based on your location. Publications ship from Nashville, TN, Not-for-profit Bulk Rate

  • 1000 words per page, 2 columns — each 4x6 image is equal to 90 words
  • Text files to be supplied in electronic word documents only.
  • Both black & white and color photos/art accepted.
  • All photos/art must have captions and photographers names attached to each. If supplied via email, list image number with caption and credit in the email.
  • All materials should be sent before on by the deadlines above to make it into that publication. Send Word text files to Suzanne Pierot, suzanne@hvi.net for approval and editing.
  • Send photos/art to Rachel Cobb, 128 Husted Station Rd, Elmer, NJ 08318 or email to rcobb455@gmail.com
